Anonymous asked: what do you think about the SOPA/PIPA bill act?

I think it’s a bad idea. It limits the freedom people have on the internet and limits the sites we can go to for different information. Basically, the SOPA/PIPA is about regulating the internet. Somewhat like a parent blocking certain sites for kids. 

Yes, I know the issues on piracy but if the bill is passed, it will prevent internet users in doing certain activities on the internet. It might remove or most likely filter out the websites people use everyday like Facebook, Youtube, Wikipedia and Torrents sites. Even if it is a law passed in the US, it will affect even those outside it because the internet is universal.
